All content on the Krraptik platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, quizzes, test materials, software, and educational content, is the property of Krraptik or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of our platform or content, any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another party, or any use of data mining or similar data gathering tools.
5.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the platform. 6. Educational Content and Assessments

6.2 Assessment Results
Quiz and test results provided through our platform are for educational feedback purposes. We do not guarantee that scores or assessments will be accepted by any educational institution, employer, or other third party.
6.3 Academic Integrity
Users are expected to complete all assessments honestly and without unauthorized assistance. Any form of cheating or plagiarism may result in immediate account termination.
7. Payment and Subscriptions

7.2 Subscription Terms
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred during the subscription period.

We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in any particular educational outcome, certification, employment opportunity, or other benefit.
10.3 Technical Issues
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krraptik and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Krraptik in the twelve months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment has been made.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krraptik and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the Last Updated date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice describing the dispute and your desired resolution.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
16.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
